THE ABSOLUTE WORST. HAD A PARTY OF TEN AND THEY HAD US SIT THERE FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF BEFORE THEY TOLD US THEY RAN OUT OF JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING ON THE MENU. THEY ALSO RAN OUT OF AIR THERE'S NO AC. PLACE IS A JOKE , GO TO THE LABRADOR LOUNGE FOR GOOD FOOD AND SERVICE.

Blue Water Grill is probably one of the best restaurants for fine dining on the Jersey Shore. We went on a Saturday night and it was packed! Reservations are definitely necessary because it is a small restaurant. I had the crabcakes and my husband had the mahi mahi in chimichurri sauce special. Both were absolutely delicious and fresh, although maybe a little overpriced. Presentation of entrees also leaves a bit to be desired, but they do taste great! The service was also very attentive. Overall, very very good.

Poor reservation system.Will only confirm last minute. Food only average.Not worth the effort of making a reservation.

We have eaten at the Blue Water Grill before but this time the food was poorly prepared and service slow and inattentive. The Grilled salmon was burned on the outside and undercooked on the inside. The charred surface had a burnt smell. The small lump crab cakes were bland and not worth $30. Salads were very good but the waiter should have told us that the crab cakes came with the same salad, minus the pecans. We have no desire to return to this restaurant.

Fantastic food, fresh full of flavor. Very refreshing to find a little BYOB that is very thankfully different from other restaurants in the area. We've been vacationing for years in this area and will return to blue water grill again and again. And everyone we take to the restaurant is very pleased as well.

wonderful place and they do not discriminate against the handicapped nor people of color! what an idiot to write something like that!--anyway the food is amazing, well priced and great service. I'd go back every day if I could.

The last reviewer must have been drunk or stoned! Who would go to a bias restaruant that refuses to serve handicapped people and people of color!!! I witnessed the horrific degrading bias comments made by the MANAGER and HOST! Yea, we like fried catfish!!! but we will tell everyone NEVER to step foot in that anti minority establishment!!! You should be SUED!!!!

One of the best restaurants I have eaten at all year. Outstanding crab cakes. Fresh, beautifully prepared fish. Creative HUGE salads and soups. Last time I was there I had a seafood stew with fennel, shrimp, fish, mussels and it was sooo goood. BYOB
