I do not know where to begin. The food arrived in a giant MESS! The beans & sauce was literally falling out of box. The bag was drenched from the sauces. The boxes were not fully closed. The food inside was disgusting. It looked like they scooped a bit of everything and threw it in the box. Customer service was rude when i called them to complain. They blamed the delivery guy meanwhile the restaurant was a block away from my business. They refused to let me speak to the manager in charge or owner. According to their menu, delivery is FREE & I was charged. They do not follow their coupon promotions which also bothered me. They say you pay for what you eat & meanwhile it was expensive but the quality made mcdonalds look 5 star. Coming from an owner of a business myself, NEVER AGAIN WILL MYSELF & WORKERS ORDER FROM HERE. Good luck to whomever chooses to..
