I recently dined at a Vietnamese restaurant in North Jersey that serves authentic pho, with a flavorful broth and perfectly textured noodles that surpassed those of Manhattan spots I usually visit. The generous portions and excellent service, all for just $11.00 a bowl, make it a must-stop for me whenever I'm in the area. The restaurant also takes great precautions during the pandemic, providing hand sanitizer at every table and offering small Poland Spring water bottles instead of cups.
