Service was slow at 2:30 on a Monday . You need to ask for a fork and knife when you're meal is served. You are only allowed one paper napkin so bring your own supply. You need to ask for a glass when you order a bottle of water with your meal.
The tip is required before you pay your bill... Food was not up to the former standards before the remodel.
