Not sure how well the employees are paid but if the customer service is any indication then I feel bad for the workers. Is the reason they can't make certain drinks due to a lack of training or lack of product? Coz all they say is that they can't make the drink with no explanation. I'm not one who would normally leave a bad review but I love bubble tea too much to stay quiet about this. Hopefully the owners pay attention to the reviews and make some changes.
