Developed with a blend of Japanese traditional fermented (hakko) ingredients, bringing out the "umami" flavors. Less fat with a light aftertaste. Japanese mother's taste croquette. We stir fry the ground pork and onion slowly and then mix them with home-cooked mash potato. Patiently made, it always satisfies our taste buds and soul.

Our specialty made deep fried crispy battered, thickly sliced juicy meat tonkatsu (pork cutlet.) made with Sakura pork: humanely raised and bred to the highest standards. No antibiotics, growth hormones, or animal by products used in feed. Served with Japanese white rice, miso soup, potato salad and chef's special pickles.
