Having gone there for years, after today I will never eat there again. I placed an order over the phone, drove 20 minutes to pick up the food, grabbed said good, got home and realized the order was wrong. I called them back and they asked me to bring back the wrong item in exchange for the item I ordered. No problem. When I got back there, did I get an apology? Nope, instead they charged me an extra $2.20 because the item I originally ordered was more expensive. They literally got a calculator out to ensure that not one cent was missed - it was laughable. Well, here is a calculation for you - a family meal of three every month or so > than $2.20. Awful service.
