The oxtail was incredibly tender with just the right balance of flavors, and the addition of butter beans elevated the dish beautifully. The jerk chicken was juicy and packed with a perfect blend of spices, while the sides of cabbage, rice and peas, and mac and cheese were all cooked to perfection.
