Diego, the bartender at the Chairman's Grill in the Sheraton hotel at Raritan Center, is a knowledgeable and attentive server who enhances your dining experience. The food was fantastic, especially the crab burger with sweet potato fries, and the convenience of dining at the hotel makes it a great choice for a meal. Overall, the service may be a bit slow due to the small size of the restaurant, but if you're in a rush, just let them know and they will accommodate you.
