The tamal de cerdo here blew me away with its perfectly seasoned masa and tender meat, honestly some of the best I've had in the US. Breakfast is a whole other level-the huevo con chorizo and desayuno completo come out piping hot with fresh tortillas that are ideal for dipping in crema and frijoles. The pupusas are freshly made to order with flavorful chicharrón, just the right amount of cheese and beans, and paired with excellent salsa and curtido options; it really feels like a little taste of El Salvador right here in Hudson County.

The food at this authentic spot is absolutely delicious. The huevo con chorizo is a standout, with hot, fresh tortillas perfect for dipping in crema and frijoles, creating a truly satisfying meal. The pupusas here are hands down the best I've ever had, with flavorful chicharrón, gooey cheese, and perfectly spiced curtido - a must-try for any pupusa lover.
