Voted “Best Italian Restaurant” in Neptune City since 2020, La Lupa Di Roma is Neptune’s coziest Roman eatery. Known for the quality of our food, our warm and attentive service, and our relaxed casual ambiance, we strived to create a place that mimic’s the kitchen’s we’ve grown up with: a familial place to gather together. Our restaurant draws inspiration from our own journey; after emigrating from Rome in 2014, we yearned to bring a piece of home with us. Starting with our name, meaning, “The She-Wolf of Rome”, which is the city’s symbol, to our menu, with localized pasta’s such as Amatriciana, Carbonara, and Gricia, and our house-made focaccias and square-style slices. Whether you’re on-the-go or dining in, you’ll always be treated like family with us. Feel free to say “Ciao” or practice your Italian with us. We love a reminder of home in our new home. As a vegetarian, I found the restaurant to be very accommodating, offering to make me a personal vegetable pizza that was delicious. The homemade pasta dishes, especially the baked ziti and the garlic knots, were exceptional, and I enjoyed a variety of items including the eggplant parm and penne vodka. The family-owned atmosphere, friendly service, and fresh ingredients made my visits enjoyable, and I plan to return to try more from their menu.
