Chocolate crumb cake and carrot cheese muffins have entered my life, and I'm pretty sure they're here to stay! I'm not even a muffin person, but I devoured one in a single sitting-moist, flavorful, and perfectly balanced, it was a delicious experience that I can't get enough of.
