Driving up to the farm, I was greeted by free-range cows, chickens, and a peaceful rural scene that truly embodies sustainable farming. Inside the small store, there is a variety of artisanal cheeses made on-site, along with locally sourced breads, meats, and produce, all reflecting a commitment to quality and ethical animal care. Participating in the mozzarella-making class offered a hands-on experience that deepened my appreciation for the craft, and although some products are pricey and occasionally sold out, the overall visit was enjoyable and rewarding.
