I discovered the most amazing homemade tamales during my time living in Hawaii and Washington, and even had them shipped to me there. The tamales I found in Washington were truly exceptional, with perfect flavors and freshness that left me craving more. I now make sure to order a batch whenever I visit or have them shipped to me, as they are simply the best tamales I've ever had.

Erlinda's posted fresh tamales would be ready by 2:00 PM about two or three days ago. When my son picked up, he was given frozen tamales. The tamales were good but dry in some areas. They were not fresh.

I recently purchased a 8pack of erlindas tamales in a grocery store in Gallup. They are not what I remember. Was disappointed. The corn outer layer just crumbled & there was hardly any pork & chili on the inside. I hope they will make it like the original again.
