The food at Elida's in Springer is fresh and delicious, made on-site with a friendly atmosphere. It's a small local restaurant serving both Mexican and gringo food, where I enjoyed a smothered burrito and green chile with homemade flour tortillas. The service was quick and the staff was friendly, making it a great stop for a satisfying meal while traveling through the area.
