Beyond authentic French pastry.
Chef Thierry is a French pastry chef
that makes hands down, the best pastries from here to France. He returns to France every year to see family and bring more ideas home to Las Cruces. I have had some of the best pastries in the world and Chef Thierry is by far a master pastry chef.

Great value great food and pastries rival those I ate in on my many trips to Paris. I was hoping the restaurant wouldn't be forced to close with the politicized scare tactics of the virus. A real true find.
