Laura's "Flores" Cafe in Roswell is a hidden culinary gem with delicious offerings, such as the mouth-watering Gorditas served exclusively on Friday's and Saturday's. The green chili with steak is my personal favorite, evoking nostalgic memories of homemade meals. Despite its unassuming appearance, Laura's Cafe surprises with exceptional service and flavorful dishes, making it a must-visit dining spot in the area.
