One of my favorite food trucks in Las Cruces serves up a mouthwatering brisket sandwich with Mac and cheese, bacon, and green chili. The fresh-cut fries are a must-try, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, making it a deliciously satisfying meal experience. Catch them at the downtown markets on Saturdays or at the Wednesday markets during the summer for a tasty treat that won't disappoint.
