I was so looking forward to Thanksgiving dinner with Lambert's. Due to NM covide restrictions we had to place a to-go order for our family's Thanksgiving dinner. I had chatted with the manager over a 2 month span. Once they opened up there Thanksgiving dinner I reservation as slot. I order over the phone for , 8 people meals well over $350 in food. received my pick up time and order number . Day of my husband and left our family at home to get pick up the order. Arrived at 6pm our order time slot excited and big tip in hand because they are working on Thanksgiving . Called and was told my order had been cancelled by me a few days prior..... UH NO I did not not... they had no explanation. I still have not been given a reason on what happened. still waiting on a refund. I was so upset. We ate leftover sandwiches. So I have no idea how the food is but ordering for a special occasion go somewhere else to be safe.
