Oh boy, let me tell you about the best cheap Chinese takeout I've ever had! The General's Chicken was a flavor explosion, and their Crab Rangoon could make anyone weak in the knees. With gigantic portions and a total bill under $20, I'm officially declaring this my go-to for Chinese cravings in NOLA-just remember to grab it to go!
