Hello everyone, it's Baby Tee (Tonnaka Weathersby), the first African American woman that worked at Tiffin Inn in 1997. I use to work some mornings with Celina, and overnight with the best hostesses, Gail and Chelsea too. Although, I was known by the name Baby Tee, and rolling my food on my tray high and out fast, asked anyone, and they will tell you that Baby Tee, Travis, Raugh, and David, all had it going on, and we NEVER served cold food! Actually, it's because of Tiffin Inn that I was able to finish and graduate from Eastern College of Health Vocations in 2001. I took my degree and decided to work with mental patients out of their homes in the state of Louisiana. I worked with companies such as (VOA) Volunteers of America, Crossroads, House of Roots, Higher Heights Managing Services, LLC, and Halo Health Center. God I miss all of my co-workers, mainly, Colleen, Darleen and Celina, and I pray they are all doing well after the final closing, and now through this virus too. I can speak positive words about Mr. Sabbagh (Boss) because he was the best boss anyone could have ever have or wanted. He not only believed in second chances but would kindly help you with a bill or two and, I want to thank him for always believing in me, and having my back as well. Mr. Sabbagh always knew what I was capable of, and how I carried myself, which was always in a very respectable manner. I am now a retired nurse and is currently residing in Avondale and I can finally state how good it feels to be able to afford a nice three bedroom house, especially if it's around the corner from my mom (Rev. Dr. Brenda Stewart), whom is suffering from stage 4 Cancer. Even though she rung that bell and beat it once, I believe that she will beat it again because she is a fighter too. My family and I help her fight everyday, which is just the way she raise us to do in the end. My mom would say to always fight for what you believe in, never give up hope, always be kind and true to others by treating them the way you want them to treat you in return. God Bless everyone and please continue to keep us safe as well (smile)!

My family and I went to Tiffin Inn on our vacation. There I had the Fried Chicken. It was the best chicken and was seasoned to perfection. We also had the Seafood Platter. You wouldn't think you would find good Seafood in a pancake house but the cooks are fantastic. They sure know how to cook!!! The service was the best and the waitresses are the friendliest crew of people we met on our vacation. It was quite an experience and I would go with my family again.

I resently visited Tiffin Inn Restraurant where they escorted me to my table. Their attention was focused on my satifaction of service. They have a varity of dishes to choose from, not just pancakes. There are lunches, sandwiches, and dinner menus, all at reasonable prices. The atmosphere is pleasant with a touch of elevator music and delightful dining, one only needs to be seen to be apprecieted. The food is beyond words. The cooks know how to cook and the waitresses bring it out hot. What more would I want??? Thanks Tiffin Inn
