Very disappointed, was taking to outback for a steak on my birthday. While having a drink , waiting on food a rat runs across the floor. Waiter was great and got manager after reporting sighting and telling her I would like to cancel my order. The manager of outback told me the demo of building next door has caused this and a work order had been placed. ( aware of the issue) I was still charged for the items before hand . And as I was getting my receipts another customer reported seeing a rat also. Very disappointing.
