The atmosphere here is effortlessly chill, with smooth R&B and 2000s tunes setting the perfect mood as thick, flavorful hookah clouds swirl around. Attentive staff like Mama Denise and Sarah make sure every detail is taken care of, from keeping coals lit to refilling drinks, creating an inviting experience that keeps drawing me back.

The service was friendly and acceptable but the food was disappointing. I am Middle Eastern and I have frequented all the Middle Eastern restaurants in the New Orleans area. Unfortunately, I do not have many nice comments on the food here. The chicken kabob was over cooked, dry and flavorless. The kibby was bland, to say the least. The grape leaves had decent flavor, unfortunately, they were very dry as if they were old. The yogurt sauce was bland as well. I think you can see a trend here. I don't feel I am being very critical either. If you want to enjoy Middle Eastern food, I suggest Phoenicia in Metairie on Veterans Memorial Blvd. My second choice would be Lebanon's on St Charles.
