This tucked-away spot serves incredibly flavorful po' boys, especially the braised beef and seared shrimp varieties, which reminded me of a banh mi with their pickled veggies and fresh bread. The portions are generous, the service friendly, and they even offer great vegetarian and vegan options like sweet potato and cauliflower sandwiches. While the interior is small and the ambiance minimal, the quality of the food and unique combinations make it well worth the visit.
