After sampling fried chicken in 19 states, I can confidently say that the tenders at Willie's Chicken Shack are some of the best I've had, perfectly cooked with a crunchy exterior and tender inside. The atmosphere buzzes with Mardi Gras energy, and despite a slight wait for our food, the friendly staff and hot, flavorful chicken made it all worthwhile-I'm definitely planning to make a return visit!
