The Alligator tenders were off the charts!! I've had Alligator before, but this was the most flavorful, with the best texture I've ever encountered. The Venison Chili is awesome, and the Bison Burger is both flavorful and juicy (they've been a bit tough when I've had them before -- this wasn't). The beer selection is excellent, this is the first place I've seen outside of NYC that has Boddingtons, and the only place I've seen that has Franzikaner, London Pride, and Hacker Pschorr (some of my most favorite English and German Beers). Can't say enough good things about this place.
