It's not accurate to claim it's the absolute best I've tried, although I've encountered pricier options that fell short. The lunch specials offer exceptional value, especially the savory pork and string bean dish paired with fragrant jasmine tea and wholesome brown rice. Despite the modest ambiance (perhaps why it's named "To Go"), the quality of the food surpasses expectations at reasonable prices, making it a standout choice for Chinese cuisine in Kingston.
