I've discovered this amazing Mexican restaurant in Saratoga that serves some of the freshest ingredients in town. El Mariachi is a vegetarian's dream, with a delicious selection of vegetables that blend together perfectly. The staff is friendly and always willing to help explain the menu, adding to the authentic experience. While the prices may be a bit on the higher side, the quality and consistency of the food make it worth it.
