SERVICE FROM THE WAIT STAFF IS HORRIBLE!!!!

This is not the first time we have gone their and had something wrong but today is about the last straw. Today was the sub of the day Turkey breast witch is my sub of choice. So I sent husband in to order sub he tells me after that when he was in line the person making subs asked him what he wonted but mind you their was another guy who was in front of my husband waiting to be taken care of so husband told them to wait on that guy first. So then he orders two subs mine being sub of the day with all dressings and shakers no tomato not onion. I took pictures of this sub that was made with Jrecks subs pride if after writing this I can add A picture I will do so it was dry nothing on it two very thin slices of turkey no american cheese as asked for. When husband called to tell them our issue about sub she asked us to bring it back we live 7 miles from town we where already over charged for the sub to begin with but then have to use my gas to return it we told her we would send picture she said manager might do something. If not I will they need to do something with this place use to be one of the nicer Jrecks store around.
