Wondering why a medium and large soft serve is the same size? Visited today for the last time. Today I ordered a LG vanilla soft serve in a cone with rainbow sprinkles and a md twist . The clerk first handed me a cone with sprinkles. Then I'm handed by another clerk another cone with sprinkles. I told her I didn't order a second cone with sprinkles. She goes back , I assumed to remake their mistake. NO she comes back with the same damn cone I didn't order and says this is your other cone. Rather than point out to your clerks their failure to apologize and remake my cone I just took it and threw it in your garbage can. Y'all failed in customer service badly. Lost our business. Get in the habit of giving customers what they pay for. $9.52 for 2 cones and you couldn't get that right. Come on you can do better and should. We all make mistakes own it and correct the action.
