I highly recommend visiting Pennell's for a delightful Italian dining experience in Saratoga. "Loved" Pennell's, We went on special occasions, was always treated great. We walked in tonight after driving for 8 hours and working for ten. Asked the hosts for a table and advised her we had no reservation, said can we take one of the hightops in the bar. Yes she said I'll send a waitress over. We waited 30 minutes went to the bar ordered two drinks and asked the bartender for menues, he gave them to us and said I'll send a waitress over.
