Terrible white pizza called to complain spoke to Shane said we sell a lot of pizzas to bad you don’t like ours we don’t compensate sorry you didn’t like it better luck next time.

Ordered several orders while at work. They wanted to charge $3 delivery for each item ordered. The manager got on the phone and said I’m very busy and we are not going to split the bill. One sub should not cost $16.55. Three orders at the same time to the same place. He then hung up on me. Then I called back asked for a manager and “paul” got on the phone and said yeah it was him that hung up and he doesn’t have time to deal with this. I asked for the owner and he said it was me and hung up again, well you just ticked off a bunch of healthcare workers in this town.

One of my favorite pizza places to get food in Wellsville. I've been away for a couple of years but I'm heading back to town this weekend I'm going to try them again.

Poor service and very bad customer service. Owner seems to not care about employees or customers. Also do not go to the sugar shack because it is the same owner.
