My husband and I visit the Seneca Hawk every year when we travel to visit my father in the area. It is the best fish fry I have ever tasted with good-sized portions. We look forward to the fish fry on our yearly trip in our motorhome from Texas to Western New York State and on to Canada. We just cannot get a delicious fish fry like that where we live in Dallas, Texas. There is a fish restaurant about 1/4 mile from us that doesn't even come close to the fish fry served at the Seneca Hawk. We are very picky about fish fry. Servers are very courteous as well.

So expect to get there early enough on a Friday so you can experience the fish fry, potato salad, macaroni salad, french fries.......I wish I was there now!

Not sure if I will come back and give them a second chance. Went for fish fry and was sold out by 7pm. Decided to stay and order something else. Needed to remind server to bring our salads and they came with the wrong dressing. My fried chicken was so small, I honestly think it was a Cornish hen. Not worth the price. My hubby's shrimp were delicious and nice sized. My fries were soggy, his were crispy. The vegetable was cold. It's possible we will go earlier to get fish fry. But it won't be right away.
