As an airline pilot with a passion for coaching high school hockey, I recently had the opportunity to host an event at Colden Manor. The banquet facility easily accommodated our group of 65, and the food served buffet-style was exceptional, with dishes like chicken parm, Caesar salad, marinated vegetables, and steak receiving high praise from our guests. The staff, including the bartender, were friendly and efficient, making it a memorable experience overall. Spruce Lodge, now known as Colden Manor, has undergone impressive renovations both inside and out, creating a classy and inviting atmosphere. The guest cabins have also been updated to provide a polished and comfortable stay. Bravo to the team at Colden Manor for their exceptional work on the venue.
