I found the Seth B character to be a bit suspicious, especially with the unusual practice of placing coins in the urinal instead of the traditional trough for good luck. The staff at the betting window were courteous and attentive throughout the seven hours I spent there, but the malfunctioning betting TV at my table was disappointing. Overall, the Turf Terrace experience at the Saratoga Race Track was not quite five-star due to the high cost and pricey menu items, but the excellent service, prime table location, and upscale food and drink options made it a memorable and worthwhile visit.
