Ice cream is good, but workers are so slow! No urgency. I also need dairy free and and this spring I waited for the day they said they would have it, we went and they said the didn't have it yet. Went August 28th, ordered the sundae I get every time and the doke whip was a completely different consistency- similar to Italian ice, and had zero flavor. I complained and was told it was because it was end of season and they hadn't refilled it and were using what was left. I was given my money back, but what a disappointment after waiting in a 15 minute line.
Portions are generous but I'd appreciate a smaller portion for kids!
