I resided at Parkwood Heights and found it to be an exceptional facility where the staff exceeded expectations in their prompt responses to requests. Their consistent courtesy and compassion stood out during my stay. The cleanliness of the facility and the quality of the meals were notable, with cheerful exchanges offered for any unsatisfactory orders. The wide range of in-house activities and frequent field trips provided ample entertainment, complemented by the friendly atmosphere among residents. The well-maintained grounds featured an abundance of flowers and walking paths, with convenient access to medical services and prescription deliveries enhancing the overall experience. As a former resident, I have no complaints and encourage others to visit and explore the facility firsthand.
