The Mexican cuisine here is outstanding, with truly authentic flavors that transport me back to my time living in El Paso and Chiapas. The mole is a standout dish, showcasing the depth and richness of true Pueblan flavors, unlike any Americanized versions I've encountered elsewhere. I find myself wishing I could dine here more often, savoring every bite and enjoying the impeccable service that truly enhances the overall experience.
