I was amazed to discover that I could cut cooked meat with a fork after trying the tender brisket from T2C's food truck, complemented by their homemade Carolina sauce, and enjoyed alongside delicious mac & cheese and baked beans, making it a fantastic experience at Birdsong Brewing in Charlotte that left me eager to return for more pulled pork BBQ and their other offerings.
