I have visited and jaxons Downtown 3 times. Each time after the other hoping I'd receive better service, giving the benifit of the doubt. Well I visited on Feb 14th for my husband and I to have a date and lunch. It wasn't packed yet. However no one acknowledge we were even sitting down. No menus to look at for at least 10 mins and drinks took 5 Mins for 2. The food we ordered was somewhat chilly. Not HOT & fresh. Each time we visit it gets worse. I wouldn't recommend Jaxons. The service is ridiculous and our server acted like she hated her job.
