Coffee tastes like it's Folgers or Maxwell House. I was expecting better. No options as far as the type of roast. Don't even think about the type of embellishments you would expect in a real coffee house. Is a variety of creamers too much to expect? Or cinnamon or cocoa to sprinkle on top? On another occasion I asked for Chi. I was handed a cup of hot water and a tea bag. I felt bad for the employee who apologized. I gave them 2 chances, there won't be a third.
