Stop at this location twice a week. Food is great. Stopped last night at 9:12 pm .. COULD NOT ORDER AMY CHICKEN .. They close at 10 PM .. This is the last time I'm stopping at this KFC. They turn off the OUTSIDE LIGHTS at 8:30 Therefore you don't know whether to stop or not. This KFC must have too much business .

As a former employee of this KFC I know what goes on behind front line and I have to say yesterday I was absolutely disappointed with how much the quality of the food and customer services has gone down. I paid $41 dollars for a 16 piece family meal which comes with four sides and I also ordered extra biscuits. I didn't realize till I had gotten home that the extra biscuits were hard and falling apart, the chicken was hard and dry it had been up front for way to long (you could tell they weren't keeping the time after they put it up there) and last but not least I only received 3 out of the four sides. I'm not sure who is in management there anymore but I can guarantee it isn't the same as we had because they never would have allowed that quality of product to come out of that restaurant.
