They mess up everything and take accountability for nothing. They don't really care that you have no other options to eat after getting home and realizing half of the items you paid for aren't there. I know covid sucks but if you're going to do it at all at least try to do it l right.. or make it right for the customer if there is an issue.. GM Jennifer made it clear she does not care about customer service and things her DM will back her so she just is rude
