We won't be back!
My wife and I visit Franklin about 4 time a year and try to eat out at least once. This time we chose the Boiler Room in the hope of getting a good steak.
The whole experience was a disappointment!
We were seated in the "train car", next to the gaming arcade with all the noise. I made the mistake of being nice and not asking to be seated somewhere else. There was a lot of thumping vibration too - and we had wanted a quiet dinner!!
The waitress, bless her young inexperienced heart, didn't know what soups you provide, didn't describe your specials until after we had ordered, and didn't seem to know how a professional waitress should behave.
We've been to Cafí© Rel and wanted a change. Well we got the change, but we'll be looking for somewhere else the next time.
