Traveling around the state and trying to find a quick food spot can be hit or miss, but Niyoshi really surprised me with their delicious dishes at such affordable prices. I half expected to be pranked with the bill being in a foreign currency, but nope, just good ol' American dollars for a satisfying meal under $9. The portions were generous, like the Hibachi chicken with mushrooms that easily could have fed two, and the shrimp and broccoli dish was just as tasty and huge. It's a no-frills place with friendly staff and good food that won't break the bank.
