Drove from Garland North Carolina to Clinton to visit McDonald's for a late dinner on a Sunday night first I'll pull up to the drive-through sit there for a few minutes with no greeting at all so I ordered my food which I asked for two double hamburgers with no cheese I can't eat cheese a large fry and the apple pie. Next I pull up to the window to pay there's a young lady sitting there does it open her window does not greet me and just disappears I waited for about a couple minutes no one comes back to the window so I go to the next window there's a young gentleman standing there I am waving at him to get his attention he tells the young lady beside him that I'm trying to get her attention which to no avail at least for a few more minutes anyway she has my phone I taste the fries they are cold they have been sitting there so I asked for fresh fries what she gave me by the time I made it home to Garland sent down to eat my food they gave me cheeseburgers which I especially asked for no cheese I can't eat cheese so I called the restaurant at least six times let the phone ring to it wouldn't ring no more I repeated this six times no answer it's a shame what customer service has become except if you were at a Chick-fil-A they know how to do it I know these kids are young but there's no excuse for the poor customer service at this McDonald's location I hope to hear from someone preferably a manager for my refund

The food gets worse and worse dry chicken sandwiches cold nuggets stale rolls for the fillet and the drive through people NEVER say THANK YOU just shove the food and slam the window this has to be the worst McDonald's ever all I can say is bad bad management

my order is always wrong, person at the menu can not hear ever. always getting orders wrong, staff are very unfriendly and have no manners even the manager.

Ordene 6 piezas de chicken nuggets y me dieron 4 piezas. Nimodo de volver a regresarme otra ves.el otro día ordení© 4 strawberry milkshake y tardaron mí¡s de 30 minutos,y se olvidaron en dí¡rmelas,les reclí¡mame y me las dieron pero todas aguadas.y sin sabor porque segíºn la mí¡quina no estaba sirviendo. Siempre es lo mismo.con la gente que tienen trabajando allí.nunca me dan las órdenes bien. Siempre se les olvida echarme ya sea una hamburguesa o una papa etc. hoy 5 de marzo ordene tambií©n uña milkshake y como siempre la mí¡quina no sirve.
