I have only eaten there a handful of times but i can say the food is always very good. The actual experience of being in the reasturant wasnt as great. The wait time is always way to long and more than once have we been over charged and had to have our ticket adjusted. We ran out of tea more than once and it was a battle just to get anything extra we may have needed. A of this would be understandable if they were busy but I hate to say they were far from busy.

I called in 2 pizzas and wanted to eat them when we got there was informed that I could not call them in to eat there but could get them to go . I said so you are telling me I must come there and order my pizza and wait 40 min for it and cant order it ahead she said yes I asked if I ordered 2 to go could I eat them there she said no I would be asked to leave . We tried to eat them out on the patio there but sure enough I was asked to leave . Well don't worry we wont be back . I did eat lunch there at least 2 times a week and take my family .(7 of us) there on Friday nights and order take out there at least 2 times a week but that's not happening any more

Their pizza is wonderful. They have a very good staff. You are treated like old friends when you go. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

There is a limited selection of restaurant's in Norwood, NC, but if Milano's was in the greater Charlotte area it would still be one of our family favorites on a weekly basis. Never had anything that was less than good and most items are absolutely fantastic. The cal-zone's are bigger than a basketball and full of fresh meat's, veggies and sauces. Pizza's are always a family favorite and my personal fave is the fettuccine alfredo w/ shrimp. The staff is wonderfully nice with a smile to great you and then cater to your every need. 5 stars in my opinion and hope they stay in business a lifetime.
