• A choux paste filled with coffee crème patisserie and topped with coffee glaze. There’s a fresh espresso shot in each individual éclair. And the taste? If you were to walk into our cake factory on some days you might see one person working an espresso machine very hard. Coffees for the crew? No, for our eclairs actually, because yes really, there is a genuine shot of espresso in each one. Balance that with the softness of crème and a perfect pasty exterior and you are that much closer to heaven. All products may contain nuts or gluten

I have been ordering from Lorene's for years. We love her cakes, sweet potato casserole, and chicken salad. We always enjoy her chess bars and fudge. Lorene and the staff are always nice.
