Terrible service. Not happened only once but twice at just the Wilkesboro location. There 15 minutes after being seated. No one bothered to wait on us. This was not at a busy time, 4:30 in the afternoon. There was only 2 more tables with people at them. I would have understood if it was busy, but it wasn't. It's sad because we really love Ruby's just not this one.
