This one review of a person does no justice to how great this place really is. I have never had any problems at all, and I dine here at least once a month. The staff is always friendly and the food is always correct and piping hot. The longest I had to wait for food was about 25 minutes, which occurred during their busy morning rush hour. I think that the one bad reviewer should just stay at home and cook her food just the way that she likes it. If you want the diner experience, but are in Wilson, then this is the place for you.

Sounds to me that person is spoiled and hateful and has no compassion for hard working people they should probably get off of their butts and cook their own food. I have ate at Denny's many times. The service has always been great and the food is delicious.

Disgust sums it up. Went with my son to get breakfast during off hours in the afternoon. One waitress working. Took 32 minutes to get food. Round one-son's omelette not correct, and while redoing his, my two eggs sat under a heater and got cold. Of course they brought them to me anyway, so sent them back. Round two-my next eggs, fried hard as a rock. Told waitress I was not going to eat them and was not going to pay for them either. She went to the manager. Instead of the manager coming to us to apologize or try to make anything right, he instructed her to remove all of the food from in front of me and present me with my son's bill. Then to top it off, when I went to the register to pay and wait for him to address the issue (off hours so not packed), he had the audacity to ask me if our meal was ok and if I wanted to leave a tip on the receipt. Ummmm what? This manager was a complete loser and did not belong in his position at all. Any finer establishment would never have hired him in the first place, which tells me, Denny's is a sludge restaurant. Do yourself a favor and go to Cracker Barrel or cook at home.
